Keyboard Layout & Hotbars Empty Keyboard Layout & Hotbars

As you get to know the game watch your habits and work on getting your hotbars placed in a way that works for you.

Also, use the key assignments in the Options to assign keys to specific hotbar locations that will keep your most used actions, gear, weapons and spells only one press away.
